A Collective of Hostels · Southeast Asia

Good vibes, engineered.

Vibe Collective is a hospitality group of three independent hostels — Radzone, CoZzzee, and Hipstercity — each with its own personality, all unified by the same rule: make people feel good.

01 — Mission

We create experiences that make people feel good — through spaces, technology, and stories.

02 — Three hostels

Three hostels.
One philosophy.

Three independent hostels across Southeast Asia, each with a distinct personality. Different music, different crowds, same obsession with the details that make a stay worth telling friends about.

03 — Values

How we show up.

Five words we actually argue about. They decide what we ship, who we hire, and what we say no to — which, honestly, is most things.

V.01
Crafted
Everything we make is intentional, never generic.
V.02
Connected
Community and human warmth are at our core.
V.03
Digital-native
Technology is how we operate, not an afterthought.
V.04
Fair
Accessible pricing, honest dealings, never greedy.
V.05
Bold
We take creative risks and challenge conventions.
04 — How it feels

Warm, but efficient.
Bold, but grounded.

We try not to be try-hard. Here's how the work lands across the three things we do.

Rooms

Beds you actually sleep in.

Proper mattresses, blackout where it matters, individual reading lights, and outlets by every pillow. The basics, done like we mean it.

People

A crew, not a front desk.

Staff who tell you where to eat, not where the safe is. We hire locally, pay fairly, and let them run their house — that's why every hostel feels different.

Spaces

Common rooms worth leaving your bed for.

Coffee in the morning, cocktails at night, music with actual intent. Designed to make meeting strangers the easiest part of the trip.

Get in touch

Three hostels.
One very good night.

Press, partnerships, or just curious about what we're building — we'd love to hear from you.
